• Functions: Lead his group in performing forward planning activities for the project
• Prepare a master schedule and in-charge of budget estimating for the project
• Coordinate with consultant/designers, planning officers, and other stakeholders pertaining to project design and project implementation plan
• Overall, in charge of project supervision being able to lead his staff in the execution of the project; manages project performance with regards to quality, schedule, innovation, cost control, budget planning and monitoring, construction planning and methodologies, maintain customer requirements and expectations
• Organize his team of technical and administrative staff

• Prepare and submit reports periodically and on time
