SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST Base pay range: PHP 15,200 - 17,200 Location: Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines ConnectUs Marketing Solutions, Inc. is offering a full‑time, remote position for a Social Media Strategist. The role focuses on delivering creative content and paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms. Job Description Create visual concepts to inspire, inform, and encourage audience engagement. Develop content for social media, website, email marketing, product descriptions, video, and blog. Edit raw footage and assemble finished products for posting. Incorporate camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects. Follow an editorial calendar and collaborate with the content production team for timely delivery. Use SEO strategies to increase online visibility. Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms with audience targeting and budget optimization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven content creation record demonstrated in a professional portfolio. Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or BPO industry is an advantage. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5, etc.). Graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Filmora, or similar). Knowledge of layout, design, typography, digital & print formatting. Experience with paid social media advertising. Familiarity with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs). Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube. Proficiency with word‑processing and spreadsheet software. Knowledge of online calendars (Google Calendar). Strong communication across phone, email, instant messaging. Advanced computer skills and tech savviness. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and handle distractions. Attention to detail and adaptability. Team player. Equipment Requirement Laptop/Desktop with at least i3/Core i5 processor or equivalent AMD, 8 GB RAM. Noise‑cancelling computer headset. Wired internet connection, minimum 10 Mbps. Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord, Zoom. Graphic design applications: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator. Video editing applications: CapCut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro. Benefits Permanent work‑from‑home. Full‑time, long‑term employment.
