Leading the selection and rollout of an emergency alert system for real-time crisis communication. Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and critical functions. Developing clear, actionable Emergency Response and Business Continuity Plans that guide us during crises. Implementing training and realistic drills to ensure our team can respond decisively in emergencies. Serving as the central command during disruptive events to coordinate response efforts. Driving the initiative for ISO 22301 certification to establish world-class resilience standards. Qualifications This Role Is for You If… You have at least 3-5+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Emergency Management roles with experience in actual disaster response. Technical Skills You possess a mature background in implementing BCP protocols in large organizations. You have strong knowledge of the ISO 22301 framework and ideally hold a related certification. Non-Negotiables You can remain calm and authoritative during chaotic situations. You have a proven track record of executing critical projects under tight deadlines.
