As a QA Specialist, your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and executing quality assurance procedures, conducting tests, analyzing results, and identifying improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and industry best practices. Define quality metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to monitor process effectiveness. Plan, design, and execute tests and inspections for products, services, or processes. Conduct various testing types to ensure product reliability and usability. Document all testing activities and findings comprehensively. Prepare and communicate quality reports and analyses to stakeholders. Identify, report, and investigate quality issues and deviations. Collaborate with teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions. Analyze data and feedback to identify process improvements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and quality control measures. Provide training and support on QA principles and tools. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Candidate Qualifications Associate Degree, Certification, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in QA, testing, or quality control roles. Strong understanding of quality management principles and tools. Proficiency in testing methodologies and QA software tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and thorough documentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. QA certification (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus. Additional Requirements Authorized to work in the job location. Willing to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening.
