The ideal candidate will have impeccable attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be an organization guru. This role will play an integral part in coordinating and executing various People and Office programs and processes , while managing US People Operations and supporting teams across different regions. Day in the Life Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for both US and PH employees Oversee and maintain employee documents and records in systems such as Rippling (HRIS) , Deel (Payroll) , and Lattice (Performance Management) Support and manage US People Operations , including benefits administration, compliance documentation, and coordination with local vendors and service providers Field and respond to employee questions and concerns with professionalism and care Work closely with US People Operations Manager, PH People Operations Specialist and PH Site Leads Who You Are 3+ years of experience in US HR, People Operations, or Administrative support role Strong understanding of HR and compliance processes across multiple regions Passionate people person who values creating positive employee experiences Efficient, thoughtful, and personable communicator—both written and verbal Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment Able to work 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time Willing to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila Know More About Workstream Additional Information Workstream provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
