Senior Accountant (Work from Home) – Connext Global Solutions We are currently looking for a Senior Accountant (Work from Home) to support our client based in the US. Job Summary The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including cash transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries, prepares financial statements, and leads junior accountants to meet team goals. This position also supports continuous process improvement, client communication, and financial compliance. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Review journal entries and account reconciliations related to cash and general accounting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and deadlines. Maintain adherence to accounting principles, audit requirements, and internal controls. Support process improvement initiatives and drive efficiency in accounting operations. Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and financial reviews. Communicate professionally with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding billing or reconciliation inquiries. Assist with payroll, cash flow forecasting, and interim audits as needed. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least five (5) years of progressive accounting experience. At least two (2) years' experience working with international clients. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Experience using ERP systems such as Acumatica or MYOB. Knowledgeable with US GAAP or US accounting principles. Preferably someone who has worked the graveyard shift for at least 2 years is a plus. Why Choose Connext?
