Data Operations Specialist – Night Shift Uberall is looking for a skilled Data Operations Specialist to work night shift, managing complex data tasks, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring data accuracy for our clients. About the Role In this role you will: Oversee and execute complex data manipulation tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices. Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs. Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices to enhance team efficiency. Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives. Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets. Your Profile 3–4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field. Strong ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions. Proficiency in English – written, spoken, and reading. Excellent ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
