Knowledge of site operations processes, quality and compliance standards, and audit documentation; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with audit checklists or inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify non-compliance issues, validate site records, and monitor corrective actions to ensure audit standards are met. Good written and verbal communication skills; able to coordinate with Operations, Tenants, and other departments for audit verification and issue resolution. Must demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and reliability; willing to conduct field audits and site inspections; able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. Job Description Conduct site quality audits for Lotus Development projects to ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures. Perform tenant inventory audits to verify product, service, and operational consistency. Document and analyze audit findings , prepare Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) , and communicate these to concerned departments. Monitor and validate the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of quality issues. Support the continuous improvement of operational standards, processes, and audit systems. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Tenant Management teams to uphold brand integrity and customer satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
