We’ve built a strong inbound foundation through technical SEO, role-based landing pages, and consistent organic lead flow (25–30 inbound leads per month). Now we’re ready to scale that into a full-fledged growth engine; one that compounds through partnerships, affiliates, and off‑page SEO authority. You’ll be joining a small, high‑performing remote team that’s passionate about measurable growth, clear communication, and helping businesses scale efficiently through world‑class talent. You’ll work directly with our founder and digital marketing manager to expand Ataraxis’s reach, build high‑authority backlinks, and form strategic partnerships that drive inbound demand. This is a high‑ownership role; perfect for a data‑driven marketer who’s equally comfortable pitching partners, testing new channels, and analyzing results. What You’ll Do Lead Off-Page Growth: Build and manage backlink outreach campaigns, digital PR placements, and high-value guest post opportunities to grow our domain authority. Launch Partnerships & Affiliates: Identify and onboard affiliate, influencer, and referral partners that can consistently send qualified leads. Test & Optimize: A/B test growth levers to improve MQL volume and quality. Measure What Matters: Track inbound metrics including backlinks earned, domain authority, referral traffic, and lead volume. Represent Ataraxis: Build genuine relationships with publishers, affiliates, and partners that elevate our brand credibility globally. Who You Are 4+ years of experience in white hat link building, off‑page SEO, digital PR, or partnerships. Proven success increasing domain authority, organic traffic, backlinks, and inbound leads for a B2B company or agency. Data‑driven: you care about results, not vanity metrics. Excellent communicator with strong written English; you can build relationships through clear, concise outreach. Comfortable working remotely, managing your own time, and hitting measurable goals.
