Creative Lead

Responsibilities Lead and manage the development and design of creative projects from concept to completion for all lines of business under Asticom, ensuring consistency with brand and business strategies. Execute and support end-to-end marketing campaigns for products/services on a variety of online and offline media via Graphic Design, Copywriting, Digital, and Social Media Marketing activities. Brainstorm, strategize, and execute content and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with the Corporate Communication Specialist, harnessing brand design, copy, art, and digital technology. Lead a team of creatives to design marketing materials (such as presentations, websites, brochures, graphic ads, and others), direct digital video and photography productions, and oversee other creative projects. Review and assure the quality of the work of the creative team for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral. Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for sophisticated audiences. Qualifications Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Visual Arts/Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any related field. With at least 5-7 years of work experience related to Creatives, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Advertising. Proven experience as a creative lead or in a similar creative role. Solid knowledge of design techniques and creative philosophies. Well-versed with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), and Figma. Knowledge and proficiency in UI/UX design and web development principles and practices. A deep understanding of website management and content updates using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS tools is an advantage. Skilled in project management, excellent organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Creativity, a keen eye for visual details, and a team player with aesthetic skills and a people-oriented approach. Portfolio with design projects and proven experience in leading creatives for multiple brands. Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate with team members, and manage junior creatives. A background in photography and videography is an advantage but not required Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig.
