80% Asset Appraisal & ROPA Inventory Management

  • Monitor daily accomplished Appraisal Reports based on KPIs.
  • Consolidate and convert issues noted from appraisal reports and other supplemental documents to finalize Appraisal Reports for review by immediate superior.
  • Upload duly approved Appraisal Reports in the system.
  • Consolidate vehicle photos and properly link them in the TAAP system based on standard targets/schedules required by Asset Management and Disposal Department.
  • Handle distribution of Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) copies for newly repossessed vehicles to concerned units; create copies for encoding, e-dashboard placement, and overall safekeeping/filing of originals.
  • Update ROPA Inventory monitoring and encode incoming/outgoing vehicles in Cabuyao warehouse; send updated reports to concerned PIC daily.
  • Handle safekeeping and inventory of personal belongings retrieved from vehicles prior to disposal, following standard reporting guidelines; provide regular updates and reports to immediate superior.
  • Serve as primary custodian of ROPA Inventory vehicle keys: safekeeping, inventory, labeling, and control from retrieval to release; update monitoring of vehicle parking/warehouse location daily.
  • Encode MVIR and conduct vehicle inspections for Voluntary Surrendered (VS)/Repossessed units in TFPSH NCR; report on on-site vehicle appraisal and complete daily KPI reports.
  • Conduct walk-around inspections of VS/REPO units from other provincial warehouses or yard sites; collect data in coordination with PICs, other departments, and business partners.
  • Prepare appraisal reports following standard forms and submit to section head for review.
20% Other Administrative Tasks
  • Record daily accomplished Appraisal Reports based on KPIs.
  • Monitor and consolidate observations/findings from MVIR and vehicle inspections; coordinate with CARD and External Collection Agencies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Upload approved Vehicle Appraisal Reports in the system.
  • Consolidate vehicle photos and link them in the TAAP system per standard targets/schedules.
  • Conduct random physical inspections of ROPA inventory in NCR and provincial warehouses as needed, ensuring condition matches MVIR reports.
  • Monitor and maintain office/warehouse premises, perimeters, and parking in line with safety, security, and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Serve as primary custodian of warehouse office supplies, cleaning consumables, and PPE; manage inventory, replenishments, and coordinate with general services for orders.
  • Receive and forward utility billings and other expenses to GSD in head office for payment processing.
  • Custodian of Asset Appraisal and Warehouse Management documents; handle filing and safekeeping of originals including:
  • Signed warehouse passes
  • MVIR forms
  • Work and Access Permits
  • Non-Vehicle Gate Passes
  • Service Reports of Contractors
  • Other relevant documents
  • Ensure prompt action on all reports.
