Responsibilities Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents. Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation. Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets. Process requests for mobile loads, communication allowances, and related reimbursements. Track usage and process payments for office equipment. Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets. Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers. Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management. Qualifications Graduate of any business, management, or related course. With at least 1 year of experience in administrative or general affairs work (fresh graduates may be considered). Basic knowledge in handling permits, licenses, and official documents. Familiar with office cash handling, liquidation, and inventory monitoring. Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
