
General Affairs- Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents.
- Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets.
- Process requests for mobile loads, communication allowances, and related reimbursements.
- Track usage and process payments for office equipment.
- Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers.
- Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management.
- Graduate of any business, management, or related course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in administrative or general affairs work (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Basic knowledge in handling permits, licenses, and official documents.
- Familiar with office cash handling, liquidation, and inventory monitoring.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with different departments and external contacts.
