Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field. At least 5 years of progressive experience in purchasing, logistics, or operations management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead capacity. Strong knowledge of corporate purchasing, retail operations, supply chain management, and logistics/shipping coordination. Experience in coordinating with shipping lines, accounting teams, and internal approving authorities. Familiarity with facilities and vehicle maintenance administration. Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams, conduct performance evaluations, and recommend employment actions. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound decision-making skills.
