You will join a team of highly experienced cloud architects and technologists in an organization that is a Gold-certified Microsoft Azure technology services provider that will provide cloud strategy, design, implementation, and managed services for clients across multiple industries in North America.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own technical envisioning, design, project scope and working with the project team to deploy Azure-based solutions that meet our client’s needs.
2. Translate requirements into a technical design leveraging existing tools, services and frameworks.
3. Drive design and deployment of the client’s workloads into Azure by providing architectural guidance (including, design, implementation and deployment), supporting development of the client’s cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers.
4. Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
5. Identify, validate, and grow opportunities to accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts in partnership with the sales team, by driving solution architecture for both Microsoft and third-party solutions.
6. As a senior role, you are required to train, shadow, and provide knowledge transfer to junior developers and other technology teams.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in application development specializing in C# .NET Framework, Angular, Microservices, React, Node.
3. A passion for building front-end applications and cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless and modern front-end JS/TS.
4. Desire for continuous learning and new technology to be used in the cloud space.
5. Desire to be hands-on code but able to develop complex architectures in the cloud.
6. Experience working in a consulting environment.
7. Experience working in a major cloud platform, Azure, AWS, or GCP. Azure Preferred.
8. Very knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns.
9. Understanding of the Agile process and DevOps.
10. Interest in or experience in Mobile, IoT, Blockchain applications.
11. Strong analytical problem-solving ability, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:

Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
