What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Professional experience as visual designer/ user interface designer/ website designer, digital designer.
  • Preferably has experience working with high volume digital channels.
  • Has experience designing emails and banners incorporating UX/UI requirements.
  • Website technical knowledge and working with developers.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe CS suite (including Premier Pro), Sketch and Invision.
  • Sound working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Experience across performance marketing channels such as: CRM, Social, Display and OOH.
  • Experience in Agile ways of working.
  • Experience of and interest in mentoring junior team members.

Nice to Have:

  • Preferably with experience in video, animation and template design.

What will you do?

  • Design requirements for all digital retail media activities.
  • Concept, design and delivery of all required digital design communications.
  • Develop inspiring creative concepts, design solutions and art direction that delivers against the brief and results in effective on-brand communication.
  • Deliver best practice digital solutions on time and to budget and help redefine digital and design standards.
  • Social media engagement and followers.
  • Brand and campaign tracking results.
