Overview Hybrid - Pasig | 3-5 Yrs Exp | High/Senior High School | Full-time Job Description We’re on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Team Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for staff, candidates, and referees, helping them with their queries. You’ll also act as a first-level escalation point for calls and emails, working closely with Team Leads and QAs to keep things running smoothly. Responsibilities Staffing & Rosters : Fill vacant shifts and make roster adjustments (add, cancel, replace, etc.). Manage resignations, non-arrivals, and excess labour. Link new hires and ensure they’re rostered correctly. Keep services compliant by updating rosters and filling emergency shifts. Customer Care : Answer inbound calls and emails from staff, candidates, and referees. Provide friendly, professional support across a wide range of queries. Promote self-service tools and guide users through processes. Support team productivity and attendance, especially when leads are away. Help teammates with complex tasks and role model best practices. Run training refreshers and support rollout of new processes. Ensure staff meet compliance requirements before deployment. Help manage labour costs by removing excess staff per guidelines. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, admin support, or workforce coordination in the BPO industry for at least three years. Great communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused attitude. Comfortable working with rostering systems and digital tools. Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
