Senior Finance Manager – External Reporting Join RISE Internet as a Senior Finance Manager – External Reporting. The role is responsible for preparing and managing comprehensive financial reports for subsidiaries and the Group across the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Singapore, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and oversee the financial statements for subsidiaries and the Group. Coordinate with finance reporting teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial information. Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial reporting processes and internal controls. Compile financial statements in accordance with relevant reporting standards. Manage external audit timelines and deliverables for subsidiaries and the Group. Coordinate audit processes with Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams. Communicate audit progress and identify risks to the CFO, Group Financial Controller, and Tax Manager. Escalate financial reporting and audit issues to the CFO and external auditors. Handle communications with regulatory agencies (Philippines SEC, Hong Kong, and Singapore equivalents). Lead and drive financial reporting automation initiatives. Identify opportunities for technological enhancement and implement automation tools. Maintain close collaboration with Finance, Tax, and Compliance teams to align reporting standards and tax strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification required (CPA or equivalent). 7 to 10 years of experience in financial reporting and audit (Senior Manager or Director level). Experience in multinational corporate environments, particularly Singapore and Hong Kong. Extensive track record managing complex Group and subsidiary financial reporting. Advanced knowledge of IFRS/PFRS. Proficiency in financial reporting software, consolidation tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel. Technical Competencies Advanced financial consolidation software. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Data analytics and automation tools. Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in emerging financial reporting technologies.
