
Human Resources Assistant

1. Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.
2. In charge of creating informative job posting through online portals Sourcing and screening of applicants resume based on the requirements needed by the requesting department.
3. Conducts interview candidates and makes valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and according to define job specification per position.
4. Ensures that account-specific recruitment activities are aligned with the overall HR-Recruitment Policies and Procedures.
5. Provides timely and accurate feedback to the recruiting unit on the status of their hiring requests.
6. Ensure that applicant's tracker is maintained.
7. Invites and schedule qualified applicants for interviews.
8. Proactive coordination with Hiring Manager for final interviews and follow up the interview status.
9. Provide feedback to the applicants regarding the status of their applications. 10. Schedule newly hired applicants for job offers.
11. Coordinates and consolidations of pre-employment requirements for candidates expected to start employment.
12. Schedule successful candidates for orientation, conducts orientation (juanpayroll and company orientation)
13. Schedule and coordinate contract signing of newly hired employees to the Agency.
14. Provide monthly report for the status of recruitment hiring (closed/open). 15. In charge in the requisition of laptop for the newly hired employees.
15. Perform other task/functions as maybe assigned by the superior from time to time
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree of Psychology / Human Resource Development Management/Business Studies/Administration or any equivalent
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in recruitment and selection is a major plus.
- Highly proficient in computer applications.
- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Goal oriented
