How to apply They will be assessing applications immediately and progressing candidates who meet the program eligibility criteria. All applications will be reviewed. Pre-screening: You will be asked to create a video to introduce yourself and for us to get to know you better. Written Assessment: You will be asked to accomplish a written assessment to evaluate your problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and written communication ability. First Interview: You will be invited for a virtual interview to assess your accountability, resiliency, and communication skills. Simulation: You will be invited to a simulation/role-play assessment to evaluate your interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity. Panel Interview: Finally, you will be invited to a panel interview to assess your resourcefulness, confidence, teamwork, and cultural fit.
