About the Role

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Fraud Operations , you’ll oversee large teams, ensure smooth delivery across multiple accounts, and guide managers to consistently meet fraud prevention and operational excellence targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of up to 250 associates.
  • Directly manage at least 12 managers across multiple functions/accounts.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and fraud prevention initiatives.
  • Oversee performance, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve business goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading a team of up to 250 associates .
  • Track record of supervising at least 12 managers .
  • Experience handling multiple functions or accounts .
  • Based in Cebu or willing to relocate.
Good-to-Have
  • Experience in financial services, BPO, or large-scale operations.
  • Exposure to risk, compliance, or fraud operations.
