Job Description Design, build, and configure ITIL-based workflows for Incident, Change, and Request Management Develop and maintain custom forms, SLAs, approval flows, and task assignments Automate ticket handling using business rules, flows, and scripts Perform data imports and integrations with external systems Ensure platform security and performance through effective use of ACLs and scheduled jobs The Successful Applicant Has worked full time as a ServiceNow engineer/developer for at least 2 years (really full time, not partially) Has understanding and practical experience in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, flow designer. Worked with developing ITIL processes in ServiceNow (involved in designing, building, or configuring ITIL-based workflows or modules within the ServiceNow platform) Built custom workflows for incidents, changes, or requests Configured forms, SLAs, approval flows, and task assignments Automated ticket handling using business rules, flows, or scripts What's on Offer Work with a leading and global multinational company Competitive and complete compensation package with trainings and certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
