Overview

Exam Processing Administrator - 6365 at Cambridge University Press & Assessment

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila. Work setup: hybrid (office two days a week). Work schedule: UK working hours (3pm to 11pm Manila time). Employment type: Fixed-term .

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000 per month. This role supports the Cambridge University Press & Assessment group in Exams Processing and contributes to the Group Awards, Scholarships and Awarding Support processes.

Responsibilities
  • Be the administrator working on the Group Awards, Scholarships and Awarding Support processes, supporting the team leader(s) and coordinator in these areas of Exams Processing.
  • Link candidates entered, check the eligibility of their entries and grade their ADIP/ICE Award.
  • Quality assurance of forms received from examiners — performing auditing and liaising with external and internal stakeholders (e.g., examiners and Assessment Managers).
  • Adjust examiner scaling by keying into the Exams Processing System and ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

As an Exams Processing Administrator, you will communicate regularly with both internal and external customers, follow procedures to ensure accuracy of work, and manage time to complete daily tasks by agreed deadlines. Work with colleagues to improve quality controls and identify opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
