We are a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, supporting a wide range of Australian clients with their critical business functions. We're on the hunt for a skilled and dedicatedPurchasing and Logistics Officerto join our dynamic team.

In this pivotal role, you won't just be placing orders; you'll be a strategic partner, ensuring our clients' supply chains are efficient, cost-effective, and reliable. You'll manage everything from supplier relationships to the timely delivery of materials, all while working with a supportive and forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing suppliers and requesting quotes to placing orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and quality for our Australian clients.
  • Oversee all logistics activities, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure on-time and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to prevent stockouts and manage surplus inventory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all purchasing and logistics activities comply with Australian regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Xero, Netsuite or Odoo ERP and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent understanding of procurement and supply chain principles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset with a talent for problem-solving.
