About the role As HR and Admin Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions from onboarding to offboarding and administrative task to support the company's operationsal needs. This full-time position is based in Cebu Business Park and will play a crucial role in shaping the growing business strategies of the group of companies from construction, real estate, marine constructions and other shared services related to HR and Admin. What you'll be doing Implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's strategic goals. Prepare Annual Operating Plan with the capacity planning study to other department's manpower request. Establish a performance-based compensation package to foster organizational efficiency. Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development. Experienced in preparing and aligning Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various roles, including administrative, construction, managerial, and C-level positions. Handling employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Analyzing HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Collaborating with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions. Promoting employee engagement, job satisfaction, and a positive work culture while adopting to hyrbid work set-up. Managing the HR team and providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring. Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings for alignment and update reporting. Familiar with Level 10 meeting format. Knowledgeable and updated to the salary benchmarking and salary re-structuring. Quick in handling administative tasks such as purchase requests, inventory and asset management, assist in government mandate compliances (work together with Acctg/compliance team). What we're looking for Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar HR generalist and strategic role, preferably in the construction (land and marine), real estate or property management industry. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements. With strong background in handling project-based employees or role assigned to multiple locations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using HR information systems. A strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's business objectives. With HRIS and SAP Business One experience is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
