Job Summary: The CDM Analyst is an expert on Customer Data Management, liaising with stakeholders and global data privacy experts to understand customer data structures and business needs. The role establishes processes for data management activities to ensure ease of use of data and to support personalized customer experiences according to show, business, or campaign objectives.

Accountabilities: Three main areas: Data Process Management; Data Governance; Marketing Data List Extractions & Segmentation.

• Data Process Management — Work with RX BUs and teams to develop and establish efficient, compliant data flows across CRM/registration systems to campaigns/projects; propose solutions to simplify processes between BU and Manila; enhance data extraction and reporting in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
• Data Governance — Adhere to global data privacy laws; develop local policies; flag inaccuracies; study Do Not Call/Do Not Mail lists; initiate and present data analysis reports.
• Marketing Data List Extractions & Segmentation — Develop accurate lists for campaigns; handle imports/exports from Salesforce and show systems to campaign platforms; design reports; refresh lists; validate data to reduce duplicates; identify segmentation opportunities; align with business priorities; provide feedback loops to maintain data quality.
• Hard/Technical & Soft Skills — Excel expertise; Salesforce/Oracle BI experience; data gathering, cleansing, transforming, modeling; GDPR knowledge; attention to detail; analytical, presentation, time and project management; ethical standards.
• Other Qualifications — Bachelor’s degree; at least 3 years of relevant experience; experience interfacing with global stakeholders.

• Data Governance: Develop and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper data stewardship.
• Data Integration: Oversee coordination and alignment of data from multiple sources to support analytics, operations, and reporting.
• Document Management: Manage systems for organizing unstructured data (contracts, reports, SOPs).
• Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related field
• 4+ years in data governance/operations with leadership experience
• Familiarity with document management and metadata tools
• Strong compliance understanding; excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in healthcare/insurance or regulated industries preferred
