Position: Data Analyst Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift Benefits Competitive Rewards: Enjoy above-market compensation, healthcare coverage on day one, plus one or more dependents, paid time-off with cash conversion, group life insurance, and performance bonuses A Collaborative Spirit: Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment by participating in company-sponsored events and activities Work-Life Harmony: Enjoy the balance between work and life that suits you with flexible work arrangements Career Growth: Take advantage of opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement Inclusive Teamwork: Be part of a team that celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive culture Your Role Develop fluency in the use of analytics tools such as Rivery, Snowflake, Looker, Dataiku, SFTPGateway, and Crispdata.io Generate and manage reporting across platforms like CM360, Facebook, Mediamath, TTD, and DV360 Set up and manage Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager/other tag managers, Floodlights, and Publisher Tags Support client onboarding by setting up tagging, reports, pipelines, datamarts, Looker connections, and dashboards Maintain reporting infrastructure for clients and oversee the technical relationship with media teams Participate in reporting processes by writing notes and collaborating with media teams to inform their analysis Conduct in-depth analysis that goes beyond standard reporting to identify trends and insights What You Need Strong technical background in analytics and reporting Ability to manage data workflows, tagging, and pipeline setups Familiarity with major reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Adobe, CM360) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and media teams Preferred skills/expertise Hands-on experience with tools such as Rivery, Snowflake, Looker, and Dataiku Experience maintaining and scaling reporting infrastructures Background in digital media reporting and analysis About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
