Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Oversee inventory planning, stock level accuracy, and warehouse operations.
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales and Production teams for accurate planning.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements across the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze supply chain metrics, reporting performance and risks to management.
Lead, coach, and manage the supply chain team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
Experience in vendor management, forecasting, and inventory control.
Proficient in ERP systems and supply chain software.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
