Your role Strategically manages and drives UX/ UI design projects from conceptualization to implementation. Acts as a liaison to articulate feedback and design integrity of projects among designers, developers, product owners, and product managers. Mentor other team members to help them develop their skills. Translates the overall vision and concepts from Product Managers into wireframes, mockups, or prototypes, for final handoff to Development teams. Help identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs efficiently and intelligently. Produce designs that are user-friendly and which will bring in the highest conversion rates. Ensures consistency in visual elements and develops and maintains style guides, screen designs/wireframes, and prototypes, as needed. Your qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or UX/UI Design. Certified User-centered design practitioner.
