We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong technical skills and a passion for creating seamless, user-centered digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces across web applications, mobile platforms, and other digital environments, while working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate combines a strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of human-computer interaction and web design best practices. You should be highly collaborative, organized, and ready to lead design efforts that delight users and meet business goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the design and execution of responsive web interfaces that align with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints Partner with cross-functional teams—including developers, engineers, and product managers—to gather user requirements and translate them into visually engaging and functional designs Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications to effectively communicate design intent Conduct and participate in usability testing, collect feedback, and refine designs based on findings Ensure design consistency across products through a shared UI component library and scalable design systems Maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle by working closely with engineering teams Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently across technical and non-technical stakeholders Navigate complex, regulated development environments with attention to compliance and usability standards Stay informed on industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design solutions Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation of design progress, challenges, and achievements What We’re Looking For: Strong English communication skills both written and verbal. At least 1 year of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (coding experience a plus). Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. Experience in a remote work setting is a plus Available to work during US hours (Philippines graveyard shift). Must have your own laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
