Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Data Architecture Head .

What the role will entail

  • Define and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy and roadmap to support digital transformation, analytics, and regulatory compliance
  • Design scalable data platforms, pipelines, and integration frameworks across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Implement governance frameworks and ensure alignment with BSP regulations, data privacy laws, and global reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and IT teams to enable data-driven initiatives such as Open Finance and omnichannel customer experiences
  • Lead and develop a high-performing data architecture team, promoting best practices and delivery excellence
  • Evaluate emerging data technologies and drive innovation through POCs and strategic platform enhancements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field
  • Over 10 years experience leading enterprise data architecture or engineering initiatives, ideally within banking or financial services
  • Expertise in data modeling, cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), integration frameworks, and modern data processing technologies (Kafka, Spark)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including BSP guidelines, global data privacy laws, and financial compliance reporting
  • Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology domains
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for building data-centric cultures and navigating agile environments in mid-sized financial institutions
