What the role will entail Lead the development and governance of the Banks security architecture framework, aligning with strategic enterprise goals and maturity models such as Zero Trust. Ensure adherence to BSP Circulars, data privacy laws, and global standards including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. Architect secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments, embedding security into CI/CD workflows and infrastructure automation. Drive threat modeling and risk assessments for key IT initiatives, promoting secure and privacy-centric design principles. Cultivate a high-performing security team and collaborate across technology, risk, and business stakeholders to align security strategy. Assess emerging technologies and recommend security solutions that future-proof the Banks architecture landscape.
