Join Rakso CT as a Content Marketing Associate to manage social media communities and create engaging online and offline brand experiences. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Translate business goals into marketing stories executed on social media, web/app development, below-the-line, and above-the-line activities. Manage and develop clients’ social media channels and communities, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Collaborate on the crafting and production of different forms of content and assets. Interact with online communities to build engagement, manage crises, and create a strong online presence for brands and projects. Manage various social media listening tools and work with colleagues to manage and monitor crises, complaints, and issues. Have fun while innovating with creativity and technology. About You The company is looking for: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related courses. Knowledge in marketing communications. Familiarity with various social media channels, apps, and other digital platforms. Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects. Crafting skills like visualizing and copywriting are a plus. Team player with the ability to work independently.
