As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in delivering engaging digital experiences that support our business revenues and enhance the overall customer journey. Responsibilities Assist in launching, executing, monitoring, and evaluating digital marketing functions, including social media management, website development and design, digital public relations, content marketing, and influencer management. Coordinate with digital creative agencies to prepare the Ayala Malls social media calendar. Identify and support additional advertising initiatives and campaigns that contribute to revenue growth. Maintain the fluidity and agility of Ayala Malls social media accounts and optimize performance. Oversee website design and development, managing content creation, images, articles, SEO, and paid advertising. Partner with PR agencies to support advertising, promos, launches, events, and other marketing activities. Manage bloggers and influencers by providing standardized PR kits, briefs, and monitoring deliverables. Contribute to the overall planning, evaluation, and presentation of marketing budgets, costs, and expenses. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify marketing challenges, recommend improvements, and refine processes. Prepare and submit regular reports, including consolidated digital ad performance, monthly social media analytics, engagement metrics, and budget monitoring. Perform other management‑mandated functions as needed. Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in BS Marketing, BS Business Administration, Multimedia Arts, or an equivalent program. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, creative agencies, shopping mall management, or property management. Strong ability to manage multiple and simultaneous marketing projects and campaigns efficiently. Average proficiency in communication, organization, critical thinking, presentation, and project management skills. Average proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and familiarity with specialized software such as SAP and CAD/CAM tools.
