Opportunities to help shape a journey like this do not come around often As the sole People Partner in Manila, you play a pivotal role in coaching business leaders through people-related challenges, ensuring operations remain compliant, fair and performance-driven. You'll oversee sensitive employee situations, manage leader escalation, and reinforce both local and global conduct standards. What will I be doing? Partner with local and global leaders as well as the Senior People Partner,supporting workforce planning, role design, team effectiveness and more Provide coaching and guidance on people issues, employee relations, andperformance management, ensuring compliance with local labour laws Oversee and advise on labor and administrative cases, coordinating closely withLegal teams and managing communications as needed. This includes preparingNotice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD) and other formal communicationsrequired for employee relations cases Attend to separated employee cases involving NLRD (National Labor RelationsDivision) or DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) as needed Anticipate and address business and people challenges before they arise Drive continuous improvement projects to set the team up for success and helpscale operations Deliver leadership and employee development programs to build high-performingteams Guide leaders in deploying the Manila Handbook and the global Code of Conduct Ensuring consistent implementation of global policies in a local framework Collaborate with the broader P&C team to ensure seamless alignment acrossheadcount planning, recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle About you: 5+ years of experience in a HR business partnering role Deep knowledge of the Philippine labour laws Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trusted partnerships with leaders based in Manila and globally, ableto independently advise and influence leaders High emotional intelligence, particularly in navigating complex, sensitive employeesituations Ability to anticipate and address a broad range of people issues Ability to manage multiple initiatives and responsibilities in parallel Excellentplanning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills Strong analytical skills in assessing anomalies, performing documentedinvestigations, establishing patterns and evaluating resourcing needs Experience in the tech industry or other fast-paced environments would beconsidered a plus We’re committed tobuilding inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day.
