Job Purpose: Offer the HR and Payroll system to local companies in the Philippines, convert inquiries into sales, develop leads and referrals, and generate appointments on prospects.

Responsibilities: Use resources to find prospects, generate leads, make follow-through on prospects, develop interest, influence prospects, endorse hot leads, maintain client lists, manage sales databases, uphold control on confidential documents, properly document processes, assist the sales team, and support sales requirements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder, experience in telesales, background in sales and marketing, proficiency in lead generation techniques, and willingness to work in specific locations.
