Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Freight Brokerage Coordinator to join our logistics team. Our brokerage specializes in Full Truckload (FTL)—both dry van and reefer—as well as Less Than Truckload (LTL) and drayage operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in freight brokerage, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate FTL, LTL, and drayage shipments, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery.
  • Use Tai Software TMS to enter, track, and manage freight orders.
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to confirm load details, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining service quality and profitability.
  • Accurately handle load documentation, billing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in freight brokerage, with a strong background in FTL (dry and reefer), LTL, and drayage.
  • Familiarity with Tai Software TMS or other transportation management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimal or no accent preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
