Ad Operations Specialist MicroSourcing is hiring a full‑time, remote Ad Operations Specialist to manage programmatic campaigns across multiple DSP platforms for a night shift schedule. Research, plan, and present innovative programmatic strategies. Actively monitor and optimize campaigns to improve delivery and performance. Manage media authorization, supplier partner interaction, and reconciliation. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices. Collaborate with creative agencies and production teams to ensure timely asset delivery. Create post‑campaign insights, reports, and presentations. Build strong relationships with supplier partners and clients. Stay updated on industry standards, new media programs, trends, and competitive landscapes. Contribute to team goals such as custom audience creation, AI and custom algorithms, and post‑cookie strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (3.0 GPA or equivalent experience). Expertise in programmatic planning and optimization using DSPs such as Trade Desk, Google DV360, and PulsePoint. Strong relationship‑building skills with programmatic partners and ability to negotiate favorable rates and make‑goods. Experience representing the programmatic team during weekly client reporting and status calls. Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with deep knowledge of DSPs. Ability to coach and mentor junior team members. Proven experience creating data‑driven insights that tell a clear story. Interest in vertical expertise (e.g., pharma, eCommerce, retail, B2B). Experience supporting senior strategists and supervisors with new business pitches. Engagement with current programmatic and media trends.
