As a CBRE Assistant Project Management Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for providing basic management services to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function and involves managing projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Ownership of Project including the Project's schedule, cost and budget management, and leading designers and construction teams on site.
  • Ability to manage the client's SPOC or Client Owner, and communicate with the Client's local team as needed.
  • Knowledge in Construction, particularly in Fit-out and General Engineering Design.
  • Knowledge of standard procurement practices, such as bidding processes, bid evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Attend and lead meetings with the Client and the client’s local representatives.
  • Generate weekly reports for the client outlining project status (schedule, budget position, risks with recommended solutions, updates, and future tasks).
  • Conduct site visits during construction and lead contractors and vendors (General Contractor, Interior and Engineering Designers, furniture/suppliers, etc.).

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Construction background is required
  • People skills — ability to manage both the client and the team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project Scheduling Software, or ability to generate a project schedule using Excel via Gantt Chart
  • Ability to write reports, observe unsafe practices on site and document. Understand basic construction plans and specifications (Power single line diagrams, mechanical schematic plans, typical layout design such as occupancy density)
  • Able to work in Makati from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
