We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking financial leader to manage our treasury and investment portfolio, optimize resources, and strengthen financial performance. If you have a strong background in treasury operations, cash flow management, and investment strategy—and want to play a key role in shaping the future of a growing financial services company—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Funds & Liquidity Management

  • Oversee daily cash flow, fund movements, and banking transactions to ensure liquidity and capital efficiency.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models aligned with business growth.

Investments & Financial Instruments

  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage investment opportunities consistent with the company’s risk appetite and return objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and optimize portfolio allocations to maximize yield while preserving capital.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Build financial models and prepare reports to assess business performance and support strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and risk management.

Strategic Treasury Leadership

  • Assess financial risk exposures (liquidity, interest rate, currency) and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and enforce treasury policies, controls, and governance practices in line with regulatory and audit standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Treasury and FP&A team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in treasury, FP&A, or financial leadership, including 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Preferably with exposure to financial services or lending institutions
  • Strong knowledge of investment instruments, treasury policies, GAAP, tax laws, and risk management
  • Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and Excel (experience with accounting/ERP systems a plus)
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
