WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores within an assigned area. The role involves leading store teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong managerial skills, proficiency in data analysis for decision-making, and excellent communication abilities. A background in business management and a passion for people and performance excellence are key to success in this role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends. Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes. Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations. Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Work closely with General Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. Collaborate and present reports to management for business review and leverage data to inform decisions. Handle Area supervisor with multiple retail stores in the area. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or any business-related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Junior Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager. Heavy on Data Analysis and operations management such as managing/dealing with retail processes and demands. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash‑flow management. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. Knowledge of how to extract useful information from data and taking decisions based on data analysis.
