Overview Sales and Marketing Associate (Sta. Rosa, Laguna) – Asia Peopleworks Inc. Job Description The Junior Sales and Marketing Associate will support the sales and marketing teams in promoting automotive glass products, managing client communications, and executing marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Assist in identifying potential clients and supporting lead generation efforts Help prepare quotations, sales documents, and coordinate orders Participate in sales visits and customer meetings with senior staff Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities Assist in the creation of marketing materials (brochures, etc.) Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in the automotive industry and customer service Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to learn and occasionally travel for field activities With driving skills and can drive a 4 wheel car for field work Benefits Government mandated benefits Insurance Health & Wellness Life Insurance Others: Company Car Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
