The PositionThe Process Excellence Coordinator plays a key executional role in supporting the optimization, documentation, and standardization of business processes across the affiliate. This role is responsible for identifying process gaps, supporting implementation of improvements, ensuring adherence to defined standards, and enabling operational efficiency — without being responsible for defining the strategic direction.The Process Excellence Coordinator works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that continuous improvement initiatives are implemented effectively and aligned with Roche methodologies and best practices. The Opportunity Process Execution & Support Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives defined by the Chapter Lead or other strategic stakeholders. Monitor daily adherence to approved processes and escalate deviations when necessary. Collaborate with process owners and business teams to collect data, document workflows, and maintain process maps and SOPs. Assist in preparing internal process audits or evaluations. Provides support to different Chapters in ensuring audit readiness, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up on required actions Continuous Improvement Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in operational processes and suggest improvement actions. Assist in root cause analysis for recurring issues and document findings. Support the testing and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes. Monitoring & Reporting Track progress of ongoing process improvements and prepare performance and compliance reports. Maintain dashboards and documentation repositories related to process excellence initiatives. Support KPI collection and process performance reviews. Who You Are University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project coordination. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus). Strong data analysis skills. English advance Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset. Effective communicator with collaborative working style. Strong sense of ownership in delivering operational excellence.
