Job Description As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to grow brand reach and conversions. Experience with campaign reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools. Strong creative eye and ability to brief and evaluate ad content. Analytical mindset with proven experience in performance optimization. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Your Daily Tasks Lead social media planning and execution for brand and product campaigns while ensuring compliance with platform advertising policies, brand standards, and industry best practices. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI. Test and implement advanced targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, retargeting pools, and dynamic product ads. Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign performance, including awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics. Develop A/B and multivariate testing for creative, copy, and audience targeting to improve results. Stay up to date on social commerce trends and algorithm updates. Partner with influencers and creators to expand reach and authenticity. Provide insights to the Creative team to guide future ad content and formats. KPIs: Deliver $600k in DTC gross sales growth. Achieve or exceed a 2% engagement rate. Maintain a 2.5+ ROAS and MER across campaigns. Deliver content on time and within budget. Grow brand reach among target audiences while maintaining or reducing CPA. Support product launches and promotions with measurable sales and traffic lift.
