Responsibilities:

  • Manage training plans for new hires and support production training needs
  • Develop and implement programs to improve skills and productivity
  • Coordinate with HR, departments, and trainers; align with Global LOFT program
  • Monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with standards (ISO, environmental, corporate)
  • Support plant competitiveness, cost optimization, and company events

Qualifications:

  • College graduate (Engineering preferred) with 2+ years training experience in manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools, Lean OBE, TPM, Lean Six Sigma, and ISO standards
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills

LOCATION : Mariveles, Bataan
SCHEDULE:
Mon-Thurs: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
