Branch Sales Supervisor

Overview JOB PURPOSE: This position is primarily responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new dealers, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the existing network of dealers of Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc (PCDSI). The primary objectives are to expand the dealer network, ensure dealer satisfaction, foster loyalty among dealers, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities Dealer Recruitment: Implement effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels. Execute recruitment-related Intentional Activities (IAs) according to schedule and guidelines. Present PCDSI’s business model, products, and opportunities to potential dealers in a compelling and persuasive manner. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect. Provide personalized support to existing dealers, addressing needs and inquiries promptly. Engage with dealers to understand their personal and business goals and offer tailored solutions. Implement relationship-management IAs (e.g., Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, Weekend activities) per schedule. Dealer Onboarding and Training: Facilitate onboarding for new dealers and guide them to become a Great Life Leader. Provide product and direct selling training to ensure readiness. Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding materials, resources, and tools for a smooth transition. New Dealer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between potential/new dealers and PCDSI. Address questions and concerns of potential and new dealers and coordinate with the Dreams Fulfillment Officer – Heart-to-Heart to support relationship-building initiatives. New Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and work with new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities. Coaching and Training: Coach existing dealers on dealer group management, progression, and achievement of personal goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions. Provide training on product features, sales techniques, and marketing strategies. Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching. Collaborate with the Center of Excellence to tailor training materials and tools for dealers. Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Work with dealers to develop and implement effective direct selling plans and strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback to optimize revenue and overcome challenges. Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting: Drive and monitor branch sales through dealer recruitment efforts (e.g., barangayan, Branch and Great Life Executive Recruitment Party, Grand Recruitment Day). Track KPIs, take corrective actions as needed, and prepare regular recruitment progress reports. Additional Growth Activities: Generate branch sales through relationship management efforts and implement strategies to increase dealer income and support progression of dealers. Qualifications Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field. Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar environment. Driven by a strong sense of mission and purpose. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage, build rapport, trust, and influence others. Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals across generations and diverse personalities. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated flexibility regarding assignment schedules and geographic locations.
