The Supply Chain Supervisor will supervise day-to-day supply chain activities, including inventory planning, supplier coordination, and performance tracking, to ensure a seamless and cost-efficient flow of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and stores. The role leads a small team to achieve service level standards and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor supply chain operations including purchase order management, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy
  • Collaborate with suppliers, merchandising, logistics, and warehouse teams to address stock availability, delays, and replenishment issues
  • Review and analyze service level performance and create action plans for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, goods receipt, and system data
  • Prepare stock reports, OOS reports, and expired item analyses
  • Coach Supply Chain Assistants in administrative processes and cross-functional coordination
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and enhance supply reliability
  • Maintain item master data in the Distribution Control System (DCS)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory operations
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to be assigned to Pasay City
