Primary Responsibilities Financial Management: Prepares annual budget, forecast and other financial reports for the department Financial Management: Monitor and manage expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets Financial Management: Respond to financial and contractual inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Financial Management: Provide financial insights and contract guidance to support strategic decision-making Contracts Management: Review, draft, and manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and partners Contracts Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal, financial, and operational requirements Contracts Management: Maintain a centralized contract repository and track key dates (renewals, expirations, obligations) Contracts Management: Collaborate with legal, procurement, and IT teams for contract execution and updates Contracts Management: Monitor contract performance and financial impact, and provide recommendations for improvements Team Supervision & Support: Supervise and support the IT Admin in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Team Supervision & Support: Provide guidance on financial and contractual matters related to IT operations Team Supervision & Support: Ensure timely processing of IT-related payments, subscriptions, and renewals Team Supervision & Support: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor performance and maintain a preferred vendor list Vendor Management: Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors in coordination with procurement and legal teams Vendor Management: Ensure timely renewal and compliance of vendor contracts Vendor Management: Resolve vendor-related issues and maintain strong communication channels Qualifications Must be a graduate of any bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Must have comprehensive understanding of IT service management principles, frameworks, and best practices, such as ITIL Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes related to IT services and solutions 5+ years of experience in finance and contract management, preferably in a tech or IT-related environment Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office 365 Experience in supervising staff and managing cross-functional teams Why Join Us We are the first Great Place to Work certified airline in Southeast Asia.
