Onboarding, Accreditation and Licensing Coordinator I (Voiced Customer Support) As an Onboarding, Accreditation and Licensing Coordinator I you will work closely with the Broker Onboarding and Lifecycle team to support Lendi Group’s distribution strategy to achieve great outcomes for our broker network and customers. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure brokers have a seamless onboarding experience with Lendi Group. Critical responsibility is ensuring that new brokers to the Aussie business are correctly set up in the systems and accredited before meeting customers. Responsibilities Coordinate agreed components of Broker On/In Boarding and associated processes and system requirements within policy, in a timely manner Administer broker information and maintain broker data Provide reporting and status updates on brokers Assist brokers with managing their daily tasks and completion in a timely manner Provide ongoing support to brokers throughout onboarding/inboarding Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to assist with the setup of new Brokers Collect onboarding feedback and draw insights for future improvement of the onboarding offering Review and confirm accuracy of broker details Manage internal inboxes Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures Gather, validate, and document business requirements and report them back to team members Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts Provide assistance to other team members to balance workload Support internal compliance through regular reporting Build and maintain effective feedback mechanisms with brokers, franchisees and sales leaders to identify issues and improvement opportunities Adhere to company policies, risk appetite, and legislative requirements, including NCCP Ensure appropriate management of customer information in line with regulatory requirements Complete mandatory training within required time frames and comply with all policies and procedures Participate in cross training to minimize key person risk Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace culture Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least one year in a call-based environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft applications Knowledge of operational risk and end-to-end risk management in complex corporate environments Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize to meet deadlines Benefits A vibrant, relaxed, yet professional culture Hybrid working arrangement with a requirement to work from the Makati office at least once a month Holistic wellbeing programs with 24/7 support Comprehensive HMO coverage for you and one dependent, plus life insurance from Day 1 25 days of leave (20 vacation days, 5 sick days) Monthly internet subsidy Ongoing training and clear pathways for growth and promotion Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Our culture is guided by our values: We Are Stronger United; Act Like You Own It; and Keep Home Loans Human.
