JOB OPENING: Cashier (PhilHealth Accredited)

Job Summary:
The Cashier – PhilHealth Accredited is responsible for handling day-to-day cashiering duties including billing, receiving payments, and processing PhilHealth-related transactions. The role requires knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, excellent customer service, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
-Must be a graduate of any business-related course (e.g., BSBA, Accounting, Finance)
-With experience in cashiering and billing, preferably in a medical or clinic setting
-Must have knowledge in PhilHealth processes and accreditation requirements
-Proficient in using computers and basic accounting or clinic software
-Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Willing to work in Makati City

Key Responsibilities:
-Receive payments for medical services and issue official receipts
-Process patient bills including PhilHealth and HMO claims
-Verify and file PhilHealth forms and documents for reimbursement
-Ensure daily balancing of cash collections and preparation of reports
-Coordinate with billing, accounting, and front desk staff for accurate documentation
-Handle inquiries related to billing and PhilHealth transactions
-Maintain and secure cashiering supplies and documents
-Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
