Sales Generation, Aftersales Support and Leading the Sales Team · Promote Cathay Land projects through booth manning, saturation, digital marketing, and other sales activities as required by the Group Head and Sales Director. · Assist sellers with their clients and query about our current portfolio of projects. · Ensure that individual and team monthly sales quotas are achieved with less than 10% cancellation rate. · Ensure that at least 50% activation rate for the team is achieved. · Recruit team members and ensure completion of team headcount. · Create, supervise, and monitor activities of the sales team. · Participate in all sales related activities including site mannings · Guide sales agents through regular coaching and mentorship sessions. · Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through excellent sales and after-sales service. II. Other Duties · Able to send daily activity reports to upper sales management. · Daily coordination with sellers and leaders for tasks and work schedule alignment. · Attend sales generating events, sales meetings, and other engagement programs initiated by the Company. · Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from any four-year course. · Have at least 3-5 years background in sales with leadership roles. · Comfortable communicating in English and Tagalog · Willing to work in Silang, Cavite · Willing to work on weekends and holidays · Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
